Service Agreement
Important - Please Read These Terms and Conditions Carefully.
The Terms and Conditions stated herein constitute a legally binding agreement between the member (“You”) and A.D. Time Sdn Bhd (“Company”).
By using the ADT Rewards web application (hereafter called the “Programme”), You acknowledge that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed with the Terms and Conditions. If You do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, You may discontinue using the Programme immediately.
By using the Programme, You agree to its Terms and Conditions. You confirm that all information provided by You is true and accurate. You agree to provide the Company with proof of identity upon request. You are responsible for ensuring that your information is accurate, current, complete, and for updating it in a timely manner throughout the term of this agreement. The Company relies on the information You provide as accurate, current, and complete. If your information is found to be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, the Company reserves the right to terminate your use of the Programme at any time, with or without notice.
By signing up, You consent to the collection, use, and storage of your data for the purpose of facilitating membership benefits and entitlements. Additionally, You agree to receive marketing and promotional offers on products, services, personalized content, and advertising that may be of interest to You.
Membership Terms & Conditions
1. You can sign up for the Programme online through the website: http://rewards.adtime.com.my/
2. Membership is free and lasts for a lifetime.
3. Each individual is allowed only one membership, and only the member can enjoy its privileges. Membership is non-transferable, non-shareable, and not for sale.
4. Members are responsible for keeping their account information, including contact details, up to date.
5. Membership is only allowed for individuals and not eligible for companies and its associated businesses.
6. The Company is not liable for any lost, stolen, or misused membership accounts.
7. The Company reserve all rights to amend any privilege or condition without prior notice.
8. Employees of the Company are not eligible for the Programme membership.
9. Members will be informed of any significant changes to the Programme through the Programme itself.
10. The Company has the absolute discretion to suspend or terminate your membership without liability if any terms and conditions are abused, including but not limited to violations or fraudulent activities.
11. Termination of membership will result in the loss of all points, reward vouchers and unredeemed rewards.
12. The member agrees to compensate the Company and its agents for any costs or losses, including but not limited to legal fees, resulting from the member's breach of these Terms and Conditions, misuse of the account, or failure to settle any outstanding amounts.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
1. Delivery is only available within Malaysia for purchase(s) made from solartime.com.
2. Members enjoy free shipping within Malaysia with a minimum spend of RM180 and above. This promotion will be automatically applied during checkout at solartime.com.
3. For orders below RM180, a shipping fee discount capped at RM8 will apply.
4. After your order is successfully made, it will take up to 3 to 5 business days (exclude weekends & public holidays) to process and ship out your order. Orders placed on a Friday, will likely be shipped out on the following Monday or the next business day.
5. Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia will take approximately 3 to 5 working days while delivery to East Malaysia takes 10 to 14 working days, unless otherwise advised.
6. Clocks are excluded from the free shipping benefit for members residing in East Malaysia.
7. Shipping charges may vary based on promotional activities. Please refer to the shipping fees displayed on the checkout page for delivery to your selected address.
8. Once the ordered product(s) are shipped, no cancellation will be accepted but members can opt for a return request.
9. We engage GDex for our delivery services within Malaysia. The tracking number will be emailed to the members when the parcel is ready to be shipped out.
10. You can track your parcel using GDex e-tracking system within the next 12 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation email. (https://gdexpress.com/tracking/)
Points Terms & Conditions
1. Members can earn and redeem points for any transactions made at the Company retail stores or online store (solartime.com).
2. Members are required to present their member barcode during in-store purchases.
3. Points are calculated based on the total spent after applying discounts, promotions, and rebates.
4. Every RM1 spent is equivalent to 1 point.
5. Points earned by the member may vary depending on specific promotions or campaign periods as specified by the Company.
6. Points earned from a refunded product purchased at any Company retail stores or online store (solartime.com) will be reversed by the Company. The same applies for product exchanges unless the exchanged product has an equivalent value.
7. Redeemed points will not be refunded, unless for a valid reason.
8. Minimum points redemption is 500 points, and the maximum is 4,000 points per transaction.
9. Points cannot be transferred to other members.
10. Points are not exchangeable for cash.
11. Points will expire two (2) years from the transaction date and cannot be carried forward.
12. Members can check their points balance through the Programme.
13. Discrepancies in points balance must be reported within 7 days of the transaction date to rewards@adtime.com.my email.
14. Points cannot be redeemed until credited to the Member’s Account.
15. All rewards vouchers are with validity date as specified in our program materials. Once expired, they are not to be accepted or extended.
16. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use the points program.
17. The Company reserves the right to take necessary actions to prevent fraud and misuse of the points program.
Rewards and Benefits Terms & Conditions
Rewards and Benefits
1. Regardless of the Terms & Conditions stated here, if any rewards and/or benefits are wrongfully or fraudulently redeemed, the member must reimburse the Company for their value.
2. Any dispute regarding the rewards and/or benefits must be reported to the Company and/or its Agents within 7 days from the date of the dispute.
3. The Company reserves the right to modify, remove, or add any rewards, or to terminate the rewards program completely at any time without prior notice.
4. Rewards are subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to substitute any rewards with similar items of equal value without prior notice to the members.
5. Once redeemed, these rewards cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged for no valid reason.
Sign Up Rewards
1. Members are entitled to 500 points upon signing up for the Programme.
Member Discount
1.This discount is applicable to every transaction made in a single receipt.
2. Member discount is applicable to all Company retail stores excluding:
a. Solar Time Outlet, Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA
b. Solar Time, SOGO KL
c. Solar Time, SOGO Central i-City
d. Solar Time, Seibu The Exchange TRX
3. Accessories and services are excluded.
4. Not applicable with external promotions such as Best Buys, Buy 1 Free 1, etc.
Rebates
1. Redeemed rebate vouchers can be used once for one transaction.
2. No refunds will be issued if the purchased item is below the rebate value and users are required to cover any additional amount for items exceeding the rebate value.
3. The point value of the rebate voucher is as outlined on the Rewards page.
4. Only one Rebate voucher is applicable for ONE(1) transaction.
5. Rebate vouchers are not exchangeable for cash or any other form of monetary value.
6. Rebate vouchers can be redeemed at all A.D. Time Sdn Bhd outlets except:
a. Solar Time Outlet, Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA
b. Solar Time, SOGO KL
c. Solar Time, SOGO Central i-City
d. Solar Time, Seibu The Exchange TRX
7. Not applicable with external promotions such as Best Buys, Buy 1 Free 1, etc.
